Role Description
This is a full time hybrid role for a Business Development Representative, based in Charlotte, NC with opportunities to work remotely most of the time.
Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, conducting targeted lead generation, building and nurturing customer relationships, and supporting the sales process by delivering presentations and proposals. The role also requires regular collaboration with the business development team to align on strategies and achieve growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Sales experience to identify opportunities and close deals effectively
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Business Development to grow customer base and support strategic initiatives
- Strong Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in property management or multifamily housing industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
