We are looking for an individual who loves compliance and ensuring data is accurate and reliable. This role will be responsible for supporting and creating reliable health data for better patient care by auditing records, analyzing trends, creating and working reports, working with team member and process owners to fix errors, and focus on quality metrics to drive improvements in data integrity and compliance.
This is a FT, Hourly Position (M-F)

| Job Duties/Responsibilities: | |
| • | Perform record reviews to abstract data for quality measures and reporting |
| • | Identify, analyze, and interpret trends/patterns in complex data sets; prepare reports and visualizations for staff |
| • | Monitor data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency; resolve discrepancies and implement quality control procedures. |
| • | Work with team member and stakeholders to collect, verify and integrate data in an effort to support quality initiatives and improve processes. |
| • | Supports routine report collections and extractions |
| • | Assists with survey prep and readiness |
| • | Assists with organizing quality and compliance records to support ACHC and any other regulatory surveys or data submissions |
