About the Role
- We are seeking a Change Management Communications Consultant to support stakeholder engagement, change readiness, and adoption for a SailPoint SaaS Platform Migration and Optimization program.
- This role will focus on understanding stakeholder impacts, driving engagement across business and technology teams, and ensuring communication and training efforts effectively support adoption throughout the change lifecycle.
- The ideal candidate brings strong organizational change management (OCM), communications, and IAM domain exposure, particularly within large-scale SaaS or enterprise technology implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support stakeholder engagement and change readiness activities aligned to project milestones, deployment phases, and go-live events
- Identify impacted stakeholder groups and assess change impacts, readiness, and support needs
- Partner with OCM and training teams to define communication and learning strategies that drive adoption
- Develop targeted communication materials including stakeholder updates, FAQs, change impact summaries, and go-live support content
- Create and maintain IAM (Identity Access Management) specific enablement materials, including access changes, role impacts, and readiness content
- Translate technical and process changes into clear, user-friendly communication for business and technical audiences
- Engage with business leaders, SMEs, and project teams to validate messaging and reinforce alignment
- Collaborate with training teams to ensure learning strategies align with change impacts
- Coordinate with internal communications teams to align messaging with enterprise communication strategies
- Track and manage communication, training, and engagement deliverables and continuously improve adoption outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Change Management / Organizational Change Management (OCM) roles
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption strategies
- Proven experience supporting enterprise technology or SaaS implementations
- Solid technical writing skills, with ability to simplify IAM/security concepts
- Experience identifying change impacts and translating into communication/training plans
- Ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed environments and manage multiple priorities
- Strong collaboration, attention to detail, and execution skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience with IAM migrations or implementations (SailPoint preferred – IdentityIQ / IdentityNow)
- Exposure to access management, identity governance, or provisioning workflows
- Experience supporting security or compliance-driven initiatives
- Familiarity with Prosci, ADKAR, or structured OCM methodologies
- Experience working with training/enablement teams
- Exposure to global or multi-region deployments
Nice to Have
- Experience with SailPoint platform migration or optimization programs
- Background in large enterprise environments with cross-functional teams
