Job Description
We are seeking an experienced EPS Analyst (Patch Management Analyst) to support enterprise-wide patch and vulnerability management initiatives. This role is responsible for identifying, tracking, and remediating vulnerabilities across servers, workstations, and system devices while ensuring compliance with SLAs and risk metrics. The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective patch deployment and system stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Patch Management Support: Identify, track, and remediate patch vulnerabilities across enterprise systems including servers, workstations, and devices.
- Incident, Task & Change Management: Manage and update patch-related tickets, tasks, and change requests within ServiceNow or similar tools.
- KRI & SLA Tracking: Monitor and report on key risk indicators (KRIs), SLAs, and vulnerability metrics related to patch management.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between Enterprise Patch Services and IT, business, and solution teams to ensure seamless coordination and remediation efforts.
- Tool Utilization: Work with tools such as Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM/MECM/SCCM), Intune, ServiceNow, PowerShell, Rapid7, PatchMyPC, Power BI, Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure, and Windows/Linux OS.
- Software Packaging: Design, build, and deploy application patches and installation packages using enterprise tools (e.g., MECM).
- Project Support: Support patch management projects and collaborate across departments for enterprise initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities to enhance patching efficiency and system reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.
- 3 years of experience in vulnerability management, patch management, IT operations, or application/infrastructure support.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Experience in the banking/financial services domain preferred.

- Track and report SLAs, KRIs, and patch compliance metrics.
- Coordinate with business users and IT teams for vulnerability remediation activities.
