· Expertise in Salesforce Data Model: Objects, Relationships, Schema design, Record types, Permission sets
· Strong Apex Programming skills: Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex
· Visualforce & Lightning Web Components (LWC)
· Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules for automation
· SOQL & SOSL for querying Salesforce data
