Territory Manager

Our clients are looking for someone to join a growing, family-owned diagnostic laboratory that has been serving healthcare providers for some time now. They're looking for a driven Territory Manager to build relationships, develop new business, and manage accounts across Tennessee!! They currently have two openings — one in Knoxville and one in Memphis!

Position Highlights:

• Competitive base uncapped commission
• 10% commission in perpetuity — no tiers or rolloff
• $120K first-year expected income 💵
• Top earners reaching $700K annually 🔥

• National contracts and in-network coverage

What You’ll Do:

• Build a territory through net-new business development and account management
• Develop relationships with healthcare providers and decision-makers
• Call on addiction recovery, urgent care, family medicine, and internal medicine practices
• Grow and manage your book of business
• Travel throughout your territory, including overnight travel as needed

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2 years of diagnostics sales experience required
• Experience selling a full-service laboratory solution: toxicology, molecular, or blood
• Strong new business development and relationship-building skills
