📍 Must be based in Charlotte, NC | Hybrid (after ramp period)

What You’ll Do:
- Prospect, develop, and close new business with high-net-worth clients
- Build referral relationships with wealth advisors, CPAs, and other centers of influence
- Conduct consultative sales conversations and design tailored coverage solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach through close
- Maintain and grow a personal book of business
âś… Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)
- 2 years of personal lines insurance sales experience
- Active P&C license
- Proven track record of prospecting and closing new business
- Strong communication skills and ability to sell in affluent, relationship-driven environments
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
