Our client — a rapidly expanding artificial turf company and the industry leader in quality — is growing fast and looking for a driven Outside Sales Rep to join a tight-knit, high-performing team in Lake Norman, NC!
They are looking for this sales rep to expand business in their residential space providing landscape and grass solutions. They have partnered with ESPN/NFL, Walt Disney, and Google! They provide an opportunity that not only challenges you personally but offers a unique and exciting work culture!
What you'll do
- Manage and close inbound residential leads while actively hunting for commercial opportunities
- Schedule and attend on-site appointments with residential and commercial clients
- Build lasting relationships with homeowners, landscapers, builders, and K9 facility operators
- Coordinate with project foremen and operations to ensure a seamless client experience
- Track activity and pipeline in a CRM; submit all required deal documentation
What we're looking for
- 1 Years of sales experience (Cold calling, Using a CRM, out in the field)
- Sales-minded and Success Driven!
- Landscape experience is a huge plus!
- MUST be located a commutable distance from Mooresville, NC

Compensation/Benefits:
- 75k Y1! (Base Uncapped Commission)
