Account Sales Representative – Medical Aesthetics

This is NOT a traditional medical sales role.

Our client is a fast-growing leader in medical aesthetics and advanced energy-based technology, operating in one of the hottest segments of healthcare. Their technology is used by plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and other physicians to deliver innovative aesthetic and surgical treatments.

They are looking for aggressive, entrepreneurial sales professionals to take ownership of Western North Carolina.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You will be responsible for creating new business from scratch.

That means:

• Prospecting and cold-calling plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and other physicians
• Building and maintaining a substantial sales pipeline
• Developing relationships with new practices and decision-makers
• Taking opportunities through the majority of the sales process
• Working alongside an Area Sales Manager who helps close larger opportunities
• Conducting product education, workshops, demonstrations, and industry events
• Managing your territory like your own business
• Consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets

This is a true hunter role. You won't be sitting around waiting for leads to come in.

Account Sales Representative (ASR)

For experienced closers who want to own the entire deal from prospecting through close.

• Strong Base Uncapped Commission
• $200K–$225K 1st Year OTE
