Junior Loan Officer

Who we're looking for

We're looking for motivated, coachable people who are ready to build a real career in mortgage — no experience required. You'll be placed with a senior loan officer who will train you on everything from your first client conversation to closing your first loan.

What you'll have here

• Company-provided inbound leads — so you spend more time closing and less time prospecting from scratch
• 1-on-1 mentorship from an experienced loan officer with a proven training system
• Full CRM and LOS infrastructure already built out for you
• A broad product shelf to learn and grow on: Conventional, FHA, VA, Non-QM, Reverse, HELOC, and more
• The flexibility of 1099 with the support of a structured, high-performing team

What you'll do

• Work company-provided leads through calls, texts, and email with professionalism and follow-through
• Learn to structure loan scenarios across a broad product shelf to serve borrowers
• Manage your pipeline through LOS from origination to funding
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our CRM at every stage of the loan lifecycle
