Mortgage Brokerage/Correspondent Lender

Responsibilities:
Outbound effort – Reaching out to company provided leads through calling, texting, and emailing.
Managing pipeline through LOS from origination to funding.
Follow up with post fundings regularly to evaluate customer needs and ask for referrals.
Convert inbound leads
· Be able to learn quickly.
· Leads provided from mailers and multiple internet sources.
· Superior telephone, organizational & customer service skills
Requirements:
· NMLS Licensed required.
Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook proficient) & English proficiency
· Outstanding organizational and time management skills
· Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload w/willingness to work until the job is completed!
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Impeccable Discretion & confidentiality
