In this role, you won’t just assist customers—you’ll lead by example. Through thoughtful conversations, hands-on demonstrations, and a proactive approach, you’ll help customers discover the right comfort solutions while supporting team performance and overall showroom success.
What You’ll Do
- Lead from the floor by creating a welcoming, high-energy showroom environment
- Drive personal sales and consistently meet or exceed performance goals and KPIs
- Support and coach team members to elevate selling skills, confidence, and product knowledge
- Guide customers through a consultative, experience-driven buying journey
- Conduct product demonstrations that clearly communicate features, benefits, and the Purple difference
- Utilize POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Make strategic sales decisions that align with Purple’s values and business goals
- Take ownership of personal performance, set clear goals, and track progress
- Support merchandising, organization, and overall showroom standards
