As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of the brand—delivering exceptional service, building product knowledge, and creating engaging, personalized shopping experiences.
In this role, you won’t just assist customers—you’ll guide them. Through thoughtful conversations, hands-on demonstrations, and a proactive approach, you’ll help customers discover the right comfort solutions while contributing to the overall success and performance of the showroom.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming, engaging showroom environment
- Drive personal sales by guiding customers through a consultative, experience-driven buying journey
- Conduct product demonstrations that clearly communicate features, benefits, and the Purple difference
- Utilize POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Apply upselling techniques to recommend additional products that align with customer needs
- Take ownership of personal performance goals and consistently work toward achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently match solutions to customer preferences
- Support overall showroom success through organization, merchandising, and attention to detail
