Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain organized material control and accurate system inventory.
- Lead cycle counting and corrective actions to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Meet warehouse financial and performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with 5S 1 and safety standards.
- Train and certify warehouse staff; manage equipment maintenance.
- Coach teams, conduct performance reviews, and promote employee engagement.
- Support process improvement initiatives and corporate training compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Logistics or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven leadership in warehouse or material control operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of TQM principles and problem-solving tools.
- Experience with self-directed teams and material control.
- Customs/HTS and CTPAT knowledge preferred.
