The Production Manager oversees the metals department, ensuring a safe work environment, high-quality output, strong productivity, and cost-control. The role includes planning and scheduling production, managing staff, driving continuous improvement, maintaining quality systems, and collaborating across departments to ensure on-time delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Manufacturing/Engineering/Business preferred
- 3–5 years management experience (10 yrs in production/metal fabrication preferred)
- Knowledge of Lean/ISO, ERP systems, and CNC processes
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
