Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Primary Care Physician to provide value-based healthcare to Medicare patient populations. Physicians practice at a single medical center supported by large care teams, allowing providers to focus on quality of care rather than volume of services. The value-based care model is structured around health outcomes, preventive medicine, low hospital admissions, and patient experience.

COMPENSATION
$174,070-$374,920 base annual salary range
Actual base salary offer depends on experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors

SCHEDULE
Full-time
40 anticipated hours per week
On-site
ROLE
Assess and diagnose patients
Oversee, direct, and administer primary care
Prescribe and administer pharmaceutical treatments and medication
Maintain Patient Electronic Medical Record data using Canopy and Greenway
Collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality goals
Work with Practice Managers to direct and manage the center care team
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) graduate REQUIRED
Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certified or Board Eligible REQUIRED
Active, non-probationary, unrestricted state license REQUIRED
Active DEA license REQUIRED
U.S. work authorization REQUIRED
Preferred
Fellowship training in Geriatrics
Experience practicing medicine among geriatric populations
Experience operating in a Value-Based Healthcare Model
Experience working in a collaborative setting to ensure positive health outcomes
Experience in outpatient primary care settings
Bilingual proficiency where applicable
