POSITION OVERVIEW
This position provides full scope primary care in a 100 percent outpatient setting. The provider will work within a collaborative clinical team while maintaining autonomy in patient care delivery and decision making.
SCHEDULE
- Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
- Option for 4 day work week (4x10s)
- 36 clinical hours and 4 administrative hours
- 1:12 phone only call shared with physician
COMPENSATION
- Base salary $110,000 to $135,000 based on experience
- Fiscal year productivity bonus
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
- Manage patient panel with continuity of care focus
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team
- Utilize Athena EMR for documentation
- Support preventive and chronic disease management
