POSITION OVERVIEW
- Outpatient primary care role serving pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and patient education
- Collaborate within a mission-driven community health environment
- Structured clinical workflows with full support staff
- Opportunity to make a meaningful impact within an underserved population
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $105,000 - $142,100
- Student Loan Repayment Eligibility Up To $100,000
- 403(b) Retirement Plan With Employer Contributions

SCHEDULE
- Monday Through Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Outpatient Clinical Setting
- Future Evening Or Saturday Hours May Be Added
- Average 18-22 Patients Per Day
ROLE
- Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan
- Manage acute illnesses and chronic disease conditions
- Perform physical assessments and treatment planning
- Promote preventive care and patient education
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
