What You'll Do -

As a provider at Summit Health & Pain, you will:

  • Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care to patients across a variety of clinical settings.
  • Perform detailed patient evaluations, physical examinations, and medical assessments.
  • Order, interpret, and review diagnostic testing, including laboratory studies and imaging.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and adjust care based on patient progress.
  • Prescribe medications and other appropriate therapies in accordance with Colorado regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR - AdvancedMD).
  • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Coordinate care through referrals and collaboration with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and remain current on evidence-based medicine and evolving clinical guidelines.
  • Foster a welcoming, compassionate experience for every patient while promoting exceptional clinical outcomes.

What We're Looking For -

To be considered for this position, applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant!

Qualified candidates will possess:

  • Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
  • Active and unrestricted Colorado NP or PA license.
  • Active and unrestricted Colorado DEA license
  • Current national board certification appropriate to specialty.
  • At least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience (required).
  • Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Compassionate, patient-first approach to care.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to providing outstanding patient care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
