Job Description
PureHaven Homes is seeking to hire an office manager to join our team. If you are a self motivated and love working with people, PureHaven Homes would love to talk to you!
Responsibilities
· Be the face of PureHaven for customers, vendors, and others who enter the office. Treat them friendly and make sure their stay is comfortable.
· Oversee all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly.
· Answer all incoming office phone calls and communication with subcontractors.
· Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements and help implement new procedures.
· Provide administrative support as necessary for the company controller including payroll, managing lien waivers, entering subcontractor invoices, emailing vendor payments, managing insurance certificates, filing, etc.
· Provide administrative support to the project managers and executive team as necessary.
Qualifications
· Be a people person that enjoys interacting with others. This person will be working with clients, vendors, and the entire team at PureHaven Homes.
· Be a self-motivated. This role will require someone who is willing to jump in and solve problems. Organizational skills will be important.
· Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office.
· Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Experience in accounting is a plus.
