Role Overview
The Supply Chain Analyst plays a critical role in supporting customer fulfillment, inventory management, logistics coordination, and production operations. This position serves as a key liaison between customers, commercial teams, manufacturing partners, warehouses, and logistics providers to ensure timely product delivery and accurate inventory management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while driving continuous process improvement. This role reports to the Director Supply Chain.
What You'll Be Doing
Customer Service Support
• Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, shipments, inventory availability, and delivery status.
• Process sales orders in NetSuite and communicate updates with commercial team.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding shipment timing, delays, shortages, or order changes.
• Coordinate with sales, production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through timely follow-up and issue resolution.
Logistics Coordination
• Schedule shipments and monitor transportation activity to ensure on-time delivery performance.
• Track shipments and resolve transportation-related issues including delays, shortages, damages, or delivery exceptions.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation, packing lists, and related logistics records.
• Support freight planning and logistics execution to improve operational efficiency.
Inventory Management
• Monitor finished goods inventory levels and coordinate inventory availability to support customer fulfillment requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions and records within NetSuite.
• Assist with physical inventory and inventory discrepancy investigations.
• Support month-end and quarter-end inventory reconciliation processes.
Production & Operations Support
• Enter and maintain production runs for PureFive Choice compounding products produced at third-party compounding facilities.
• Verify production data, inventory consumption, and finished goods reporting within NetSuite.
• Assist with tracking production schedules, inventory movement, and material availability related to third-party manufacturing operations.
Reporting & Administrative Support
• Utilize SmartSheets to track workflows, inventory activities, and production statuses.
• Generate and maintain reports related to customer sales orders, inventory, shipments, and production activity.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process documentation.
• Maintain organized and accurate records across customer service, logistics, inventory, and production functions.
Basic Qualifications (Required)
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field such as Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of experience in supply chain, customer service, logistics, inventory management, manufacturing operations, or related disciplines.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers, building strong relationships through clear, professional, and responsive interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel up to 10-25% to sites for inventory counts.
• Proven success in a dynamic, fast-paced, innovative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting customer fulfillment and logistics operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with inventory reconciliation and inventory control processes.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar workflow management tools.
