Prior Authorization Specialist/Medical Office Assistant/Receptionists Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Adhere to and abide by all HIPAA policies
- Show ability to be adaptable and flexible in a fast-pace environment
- Careful and comprehensive approach to patient care
- Team player; be able to multi-task and help fellow colleagues when applicable
- Strong customer service skills and effective communicator

Desired Medical Office/Receptionist Experience:
- Verifying insurance eligibility
- Prior authorizations
- Copay collection and Understanding of deductibles
Position Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- 1 year minimum experience working in medical office setting (preferred)
- Some level of experience with Electronic Medical Records and Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.50 per hour
