Pure Ohio Wellness is an Ohio based Cannabis company, vertically integrated, featuring a Level 1 cultivation facility, Processing/Extraction plant, and multiple dispensaries. The Role
Our production team participates in all aspects of marijuana production. Your duties will include assisting in all areas of production, including but not limited to harvesting, defoliation, pruning, watering, packaging, cleaning, and maintaining the facility. Our team works together to cultivate the highest quality medical marijuana available in Ohio.
The work requires the physical and mental capacity to contribute daily to an often rigorous, fast-paced, and deeply rewarding agricultural practice. Weekends, evenings, and holidays may be necessary.
ESSENTIAL, REQUIRED FUNCTIONS OF THIS POSITION:
· Strong interpersonal skills, able to work productively within a group environment.
· Ability to focus, stay on task, and continuously demonstrate attention to detail.
· Must be able to follow detailed instructions.
· Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
· The candidate must pass the state required background check through the FBI and the BCI.
· Be 21 years of age or older.
· Reliable transportation is a must.
· Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs.
· Ability to sit for long periods of time.
· Ability to stand for extended periods on concrete floor.
· Ability to work at a vigorous pace doing strenuous physical activity .
· A willingness to follow specific rules and procedures without deviation.
· Consistent, regular attendance is required.
Compensation
Salary expectations: $16.00 per hour a $2.00 per hour differential for second shift. Health, Dental, and Vision insurance available after 90 days of employment. THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION. 3pm-11pm M-F
For those with an active medical marijuana registration with the State of Ohio MMCP, industry discounts are available at Pure Ohio dispensaries. Paid vacation is available after one year.
