Maintenance Technician - Entry Level
Precision staffing is seeking Mechanic Technicians to be placed at a well-known automotive plant. As the Mechanic Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and restoration of rotating machinery. This includes, but is not restricted to, tasks such as pipe fitting, manual machining, material handling, precise measurements, vibration analysis, electrical tasks, laser alignment, installation, and system assessment. Upon permanent hire, you'll get $100 annually for steel toe shoes and free uniform laundry service. All other PPE and tools are included!
- Pay: $22 per hour
- Shift: Mon-Fri
- Hours: Will be training 7A-3:30P then eventually switch to 2nd or 3rd shift
- Location: East Liberty, OH

RESPONSIBILITIES OF MECHANIC TECHNICIAN
- Servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing of rotating, pumping, and dispensing equipment in customer facilities.
- Provide detailed failure analysis as well as equipment/system recommendations to improve reliability and/or performance.
- Completing work reports detailing work performed as well as parts lists and other required paperwork.
QUALIFICATIONS OF MECHANIC TECHNICIAN
- Excellent technical and mechanical skills.
- Lift up to 50Lbs
- Knowledge of pumps and pump systems and ability to decipher wiring, schematics and troubleshoot the control system.
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
- Work weekends and overtime as needed.
- 24hr on call, rotating basis (will need to take the phone home on the weekend assigned)
