What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grow Tech position at Pure Michigan Growers LLC?
The Grow Tech team is responsible for handling the day to day needs of the plants, including watering, preventative maintenance, defoliation, and harvest. Grow Techs are also responsible for maintaining records and communicating with their team and supervisor to maintain control on all aspects of the facility. Grow Techs should also be knowledgeable in plant development, whether marijuana or otherwise, and be able to recognize signs of problems.
- Grow Techs are expected to be team players, and as such communication, notetaking, cooperation, and a positive attitude are key skills.
- Grow Techs are expected to expected to wash, dry, and return to work with their cleaned uniforms. Only uniformed employees are allowed within the grow rooms.
- Grow Techs are expected to be able to stand or walk for long periods of time on concrete floors, and will sometimes need to bend, squat, or reach in completing certain tasks. Grow Techs may be required to move or lift heavy water barrels or other equipment.
- Grow Techs are responsible for recording, tracking, and maintaining compliance with CRA rules and procedures in conjunction with supervisors.
- Grow Techs will be responsible for cleaning grow rooms, equipment, and common areas.
- Arrive to work in a positive attitude, ready to take on any tasks assigned to them

Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour
