What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Hand position at Pure Michigan Growers LLC?
Production Hands work in a state-licensed cannabis cultivation facility, and are responsible for production and packaging of a variety of products ranging from pre rolled joints to cannabis flower, as well as other tasks including organizing and cleaning. Tidiness and adherence to cleanliness standards are a must. Production Hands may also be asked to assist in other tasks including helping with post-harvest tasks and performing inventory checks.
All employees must pass a background check prior to employment.
Starting wage is $15/hr
Paid sick time available upon start, Paid Vacation time after 1 year of service
