This position offers remote flexibility, but candidates must reside in Georgia to accommodate occasional onsite needs. As a Lighting Company committed to excellence and innovation, we require a leader with hands-on experience in Electrical and Lighting Systems who can confidently oversee and support our field technicians
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support service technicians, ensuring timely and high-quality work
- Manage customer communications, resolve escalations, and maintain service
excellence
- Track service metrics, analyze trends, and implement process improvements
- Coordinate schedules, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams using Slack, Dropbox, and Microsoft Excel
- Maintain clear documentation and contribute to a culture of accountability and care
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in service management or operations leadership
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Slack, Dropbox, and digital scheduling tools
- Ability to lead with empathy, clarity, and strategic thinking
- Familiarity with lighting systems or technical service industries (preferred)
