Accountant Part-Time Onsite

Position Overview

Pure Efficient Lighting LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Part-Time Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, general

ledger, and payroll

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Collaborate with leadership to support audits and financial reviews

Manage vendor payments, invoicing, and expense tracking

Utilize accounting software and cloud-based tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, Dropbox)

Provide financial insights to support operational decisions

Qualifications

Proven experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance

Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and cloud-based platforms

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to communicate financial information clearly and professionally

Experience in small business or startup environments (preferred)
