Job Summary
The Associate Instructional Developer is located within the Center for Instructional Excellence (CIE), as part of the Innovative Learning Team and the Office of the Provost. The Associate Instructional Developer will focus on providing feedback and working with faculty in various instructional development programs in CIE; programs like Foundations of Teaching and IMPACT. The Associate Instructional Developer will be working closely with many instructors from a variety of disciplines in a developmental capacity.
The Associate Instructional Developer is supervised by the Associate Director of the Center.

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $43,600.00 to $50,004.00. The final salary offer will be determined based on various factors, including internal equity, available budget, and relevant experience.

Qualified candidates will need:
- Bachelor’s degree
- One (1) year of academic development experience (can include graduate work)
- Experience with course design, including face-to-face, hybrid and online environments Experience with either qualitative or quantitative human subjects research
Skills:
- Strong written and communication skills
- Commitment to service-orientation philosophy and approach
- Ability to work as a contributing member of a strategic team
- Familiarity with educational research
