The Opportunity: The eCommerce Project Manager will lead strategic initiatives across our eCommerce ecosystem and partner with other departments including IT/Product, Merchandising, Operations, Marketing, and Finance. This role will drive agile transformation, optimize cross-functional collaboration, and ensure successful execution of high-impact projects that enhance customer experience, acquisition, retention, and operational efficiency.
You’ll be a key player in shaping the future of our digital experience, with visibility across demand-generating programs and customer-facing initiatives.
What You Will Do:
- Lead agile marketing transformation and change management efforts across cross-functional teams
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment through stand-ups and executive updates
- Drive prioritization and ensure top initiatives receive appropriate focus and resources
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance efforts for digital projects
- Identify and resolve project risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies
- Leverage analytics and performance data to inform decisions and optimize outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting and insights
The Experience You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of project management or in digital/eCommerce roles may be considered in lieu of a degree
- 2 years working in Agile or Agile Marketing frameworks
- Proficiency with collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) and workflow customization
- Advanced level computer skills with basic Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive reporting
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive results independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid or virtual environment
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem solver
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Retail, FinTech, or eCommerce industries
- PMP or Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP)
- Familiarity with Customer Experience, eCommerce, or Digital Merchandising projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field
