Seeking candidate to fill full-time position of Administrative Assistant. The position provides administrative and clerical support to the CEO, Administration, and other areas as assigned. Position works 32 hours per week.
- Must perform all duties in a professional manner, using appropriate discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to communicate with visitors, patients, physicians, and co-workers effectively in a courteous and professional manner
- Must possess excellent clerical skills, have ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and organize work flow in fast paced office setting
- Must be computer literate, proficient with keyboarding, and skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.
- Must be a self starter, and be able to work well independently, or in group situations as needed
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
Prefer candidates to have minimum of 2 years previous work experience as executive support staff or management support staff in hospital or healthcare setting
