JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Administration and Human Resources.
· Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
· Ability to work with Company's billing and accounting systems.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong customer service orientation.
· Professional demeanor; attention to detail.
· Excellent verbal/phone and people skills to assist with sales support.
· Ability to network across the Company effectively and maintain working relationships with multiple assignments and coordinate workflow.
· Strong planning, organizational and time management skills.
· Consistently reliable attendance.
· Pleasant phone voice and prior experience in answering phones a must.
