Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Paralegal position located in Scottsdale, AZ. The Real Estate Paralegal will support the legal department by preparing legal documents, conducting due diligence, coordinating title insurance, and managing lease and commercial real estate transactions. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth real estate operations and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Legal Document Preparation and proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining real estate agreements.
• Strong skills in Due Diligence and research, including verifying ownership and assessing compliance with legal requirements.
• Knowledge of Title Insurance processes and the ability to review and analyze title commitments.
• Familiarity with Commercial Real Estate transactions, including purchase agreements and closing documents.
• Attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Effective organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
