We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and highly motivated Studio Director to join our growing team. We are seeking someone with a strong fitness background, excellent people skills, leadership experience, and a passion for creating an incredible studio environment and member experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily studio operations
- Manage instructor scheduling and assist with finding substitutes when needed
- Support, guide, and stay on top of instructor performance and professionalism
- Help create a warm, positive, welcoming studio culture
- Build strong relationships with members and staff
- Assist with membership growth, retention, and sales
- Help drive community engagement and studio success
- Ensure smooth day-to-day studio flow and organization
Qualifications:
- Fitness industry experience required
- Strong sales experience required
- Previous management or leadership experience preferred
- Excellent communication and social skills
- Organized, proactive, and dependable
- Positive attitude with strong managerial skills
- Passion for health, wellness, and community building
