The ideal candidate is dependable, empathetic, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up medical equipment in patient homes in a professional, safe, and timely manner.
- Complete appropriate setup documentation.
- Educate patients on the safe and proper use of medical equipment and disposable supplies.
- Instruct patients on cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
- Make routine deliveries and pickups of medical equipment and supplies.
- Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance in patient homes.
- Assist patients with compliance in equipment usage.
- Maintain company vehicle in clean, organized, and safe condition.
- Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Support company growth and financial goals.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions quickly.
- Physical ability to regularly lift/move up to 75 lbs.
- Vehicle operation and navigation skills.
- Mechanical aptitude for minor equipment repairs.
- Team-oriented mindset with multitasking capability.
- Empathy and kindness when interacting with patients.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum age of 21 (to operate company vehicle).
- Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Report.
- Ability to pass background check.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.
