Job Overview/Summary

Responsibilities
- Conduct structured in-person observations as part of autism/ADHD assessments
- Complete developmental history interviews with parents/carers via Zoom
- Participate in multidisciplinary diagnostic discussions
- Deliver sensitive and informed feedback to families
- Produce high-quality clinical reports using AI-assisted documentation tools
- Meet key performance indicators while maintaining clinical integrity
- Provide clinical supervision (where applicable)
- Attend in-person clinics as required
- Strong clinical assessment and observation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in producing structured clinical documentation
- Ability to engage sensitively with families and carers
- Familiarity with AI-assisted documentation tools
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior clinicians
- Multidisciplinary team collaboration experience
- Registered Nurse with psychiatric/mental health specialization
- Experience in autism and/or ADHD assessments preferred
- Current professional license in good standing
- Commitment to ongoing CPD and professional growth
- Custom-built digital systems to reduce admin time
