Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive E-Commerce Operations Analyst to join our team on-site. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across designated e-commerce partner accounts. You will ensure end-to-end operational efficiency—from inventory availability and catalog accuracy to seamless order processing, timely fulfillment, and promotional execution.
The ideal candidate possesses hands-on e-commerce experience, strong technical familiarity with ERP systems (specifically NetSuite), and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Catalog Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations for designated e-commerce partner accounts.
- Monitor item listings to ensure products are active, published, and in-stock across all digital storefronts/portals.
- Maintain catalog integrity by updating product details, descriptions, specifications, imagery, and pricing across platforms and back-end systems.
- Plan, set up, and execute scheduled promotions, sales events, and seasonal discounts.
Order Management & Fulfillment Operations
- Monitor order pipelines daily to ensure smooth transmission, timely processing, and adherence to fulfillment SLAs.
- Assist directly with order fulfillment operations, including batch generation, verification, and printing of shipping labels and packing slips.
- Troubleshoot order bottlenecks, delayed shipments, or inventory discrepancies in collaboration with the warehouse and logistics teams.
Systems Monitoring & Technical Workflow
- Continuously monitor e-commerce systems, EDI connections, and ERP integrations (NetSuite) to verify that order and inventory flows are functioning properly.
- Investigate and resolve data sync errors, order ingestion failures, or feed issues.
Reporting & Data Analysis
- Compile, analyze, and distribute daily and weekly e-commerce sales and operational performance reports.
- Track inventory levels, stockouts, return rates, and shipping performance to identify operational trends or opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize advanced spreadsheet modeling to audit large volumes of catalog and sales data.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or digital merchandising.
- ERP / Systems Proficiency: Direct experience working within NetSuite (or a similar mid-to-enterprise ERP) for order processing, inventory tracking, and item master maintenance is strongly preferred.
- Advanced Excel Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, conditional formulas, and data cleanup techniques).
- Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of e-commerce order lifecycles, inventory sync mechanisms, EDI/API workflows, and marketplace portals.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: Exceptional accuracy and attentiveness to detail when handling high-volume SKUs, pricing changes, and daily order queues.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Resourceful and proactive in spotting system glitches, feed errors, or inventory mismatches before they impact customers.
- Work Arrangement: Willing and able to work 100% on-site in the office.
