Customer Service Representative - Seasonal/Temporary

Puleo International, Inc. is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Seasonal Customer Service Representative to join our team during the busy holiday season.

This is a temporary seasonal position supporting our customers during one of our busiest times of the year.

The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email, solving problems, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

The typical schedule will be 4–5 days per week, and weekend availability is required. During especially busy periods, additional days and/or hours may be available or needed.

Candidates must be flexible and willing to work weekends throughout the holiday season.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer service calls and respond to customer emails in a professional and friendly manner
• Assist customers with questions about products, orders, warranties, and general inquiries
• Process and assist with warranty claims
• Help troubleshoot customer issues and determine appropriate solutions
• Process and ship replacement parts and other customer service items
• Track customer requests and follow up as needed
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer concerns
• Maintain accurate customer and order information
• Provide a positive customer experience from the initial contact through resolution
• Assist with other customer service and administrative tasks as needed during the holiday season

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and responding to emails
• Ability to learn product information and company procedures quickly
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Must be available to work weekends
• Ability to work additional days or hours during peak holiday periods is a plus
