What are the responsibilities and job description for the REGISTERED NURSE position at PULASKI MEMORIAL HOSPITAL?
Med/Surg RN, Days, 90% FTE (72 hours per pay period). Coordinates total nursing care for patients as directed by the medical staff and in accordance with the Pulaski Memorial Hospital objectives and policies. Utilizes the nursing process for the delivery and management of patient's care from Admission to Discharge. Communicates, collaborates and works with other members of the health team to provide safe, effective, quality and continuity of care.
Qualifications:Graduated from an Accredited School of Nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred, but Associate's and diploma is accepted. Acute care experience in the related area within the past two years is preferred, although new graduate or RN with an acute care experience with the last two years will be considered on an individual basis. New nurse orientation will be provided.
