Description
Join our dynamic team at Pulaski Community Middle School, where collaboration and innovation thrive! We are seeking a passionate educator who loves working in a middle school environment and is dedicated to fostering growth and hands-on learning among our students. This 6th through 8th-grade position features a primary teaching assignment that includes sections in our wood shop and small engines classes. You will be joining a progressive Career and Technical Education (CTE) team specializing in the areas of Agriscience, Business, Family and Consumer Science, and Technology Education. Come be a part of our supportive community, collaborating closely with both house teachers and content-driven teams to create an enriching educational experience for all.
Job Goal: To implement an approved educational program and establish a classroom environment that is consistent with our District Philosophy, fosters integrated learning, thinking, cooperation, and personal and social growth. To ensure that students are the nucleus of the school system and our educational decisions are guided by what we consider to be best for students so that they are given every reasonable opportunity to realize their best selves.
Qualifications:
- A current teaching license

Knowledge of effective teaching methods and developmentally appropriate classroom activities

Current First Aid/CPR certified or must obtain
