The Opportunity:
Lead Puig’s digital acceleration strategy for the Prestige E-Retail business, strengthening every step of the online funnel for key partners. You’ll drive impactful commercial plans and growth initiatives to boost dotcom sales, increase traffic, and acquire new customers, delivering revenue goals for iconic brands like Carolina Herrera, Rabanne, and Jean Paul Gaultier.
What you’ll get to do:
Accelerate E-Retail Growth
- Drive strategic planning for seasonal campaigns and launches, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and retailer priorities
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies across platforms
- Champion innovation in digital activations, exploring new technologies and partnerships to enhance consumer engagement
- Monitor and improve conversion funnels, identifying opportunities to increase basket size and repeat purchase
- Collaborate with media and CRM teams to integrate paid, owned, and earned strategies for maximum impact
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and retailer requirements, maintaining premium positioning across all touchpoints
Communication & Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison between global and local teams, translating global strategies into actionable market plans
- Lead cross-functional meetings to align marketing, supply chain, and finance on e-retail priorities
- Provide thought leadership on e-retail trends, educating internal teams and influencing decision-making
- Foster a culture of agility and collaboration, ensuring quick response to market changes and retailer needs
- Represent Puig in key retailer negotiations, advocating for brand visibility and strategic investments
Leadership & Strategic Impact
- Coach, mentor, and develop the E-Retail Assistant Manager, fostering growth and building future leadership capabilities
- Set clear objectives and KPIs, ensuring accountability and alignment with overall business goals
- Drive a high-performance culture, promoting agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Champion cross-functional alignment, influencing stakeholders to prioritize e-retail initiatives within the prestige brand cluster
We’d Love to Meet You If You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of experience in Ecommerce, retailer.com, DTC, or Digital roles
- Proven ability to build brand awareness and execute digital communication strategies
- Experience partnering with multiple retailers (Sephora and Ulta preferred) and understanding trending products
- Background in Digital, Sales/eCommerce, or Marketing (fragrance experience preferred; makeup is a plus)
- Creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and manages multiple projects effectively
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work cross-functionally, and excellent communication/presentation skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, and Excel
- Agile, innovative, and digitally curious, with a passion for driving growth and fostering strong relationships
Compensation:
As required by New York State’s salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $120,000.00 - $125,000.00. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
