The Opportunity:
E-Commerce Manager for BYREDO.com (North America), you will drive and elevate Byredo’s NA online business by optimizing sales, inventory, and digital performance across owned channels. This role leverages data-driven insights to fuel growth while partnering closely daily with global teams based in Paris, ensuring strong alignment across markets and seamless execution of the brand’s digital strategy.
What you'll get to do:
Expand Business & Landscape Knowledge to Drive Performance
- Drive the North American online business for BYREDO across owned channels, ensuring alignment with global priorities and executional excellence
- Deepen insights into Byredo’s performance through regular analysis, translating data into actionable opportunities for growth and optimization
- Partner with Demand Planning and Supply teams to ensure healthy on-hand levels of SKUs and top sellers, supporting both local demand and global initiatives
- Steer monthly online sales targets alongside key digital KPIs such as traffic, conversion, and average order value, with a focus on continuous optimization
- Build expertise in competitive benchmarking, staying attuned to evolving retail trends and customer behavior across markets
- Monitor competitors and retailers’ communications (email, social, etc.) and conduct audits during key periods to extract insights and inform execution
- Develop and maintain KPI tracking to measure performance against targets, identifying gaps and areas for improvement
- Use data to proactively address inefficiencies and support a test-and-learn approach to improving site performance and conversion
- Ensure timely and high-quality execution of launches, portfolio updates, and sales-driving initiatives, coordinating closely with global teams
- Support optimization of digital funnels (affiliate, CRM, paid search) to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Execute against competitive strategies and identify opportunities to strengthen the customer value proposition while maintaining brand consistency
- Manage customer service logistics between North America and global teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience
Communication & Collaborations
- Partner daily with the Global E-Commerce team based in Paris, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and performance
- Deliver clear and effective communication to both regional and global stakeholders, supporting efficient cross-market collaboration
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, media, and sales teams to align on execution and shared business goals
- Ensure consistent messaging and coordination across all consumer touchpoints, balancing global brand standards with local relevance
- Integrate merchandising priorities into email, search, and social campaigns in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Partner with global teams to build and execute a comprehensive merchandising calendar, leveraging insights and best practices from international markets
We’d love to meet you if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (preferred)
- 5 years of eCommerce, DTC, or retailer.com experience within prestige beauty, fashion, or related industries
- Strong understanding of digital media, performance data, and consumer behavior, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Proven track record of developing and executing DTC strategies that drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue performance
- Demonstrated expertise in building compelling brand experiences through messaging, content, and storytelling across digital touchpoints
- Experience managing owned channels (e.g., brand.com) while effectively collaborating with retail partners
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to connect brand initiatives to measurable business outcomes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience influencing cross-functional and global stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong project management capabilities; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Agile, entrepreneurial, and solutions-oriented, with a strong consumer-first and digital mindset
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability, with the ability to independently lead initiatives and drive business impact
- Positive, professional presence with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Adobe Photoshop a plus
- Creative and innovative thinker with a test-and-learn mindset across omni-channel environments
Compensation:
As required by New York State’s salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $100,000.00- $110,000.00. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
