Position Summary
The Accounts Payable Generalist will support Accounting by managing the company credit cards and expense reports as well as assisting in the AP process when necessary.
Essential Job Functions
- Manage company credit cards, which includes tracking, processing, and posting entries.
- Review, process, and post expense and expense reports.
- Provide support/training to employees for credit card and expense report inquiries and/or assistance.
- Conduct credit card analysis and create/run reports upon request.
- Work with accounting staff in relation to AP, Billing, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with processing invoices and payments when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Training
- High school diploma or equivalent, required
- Some College, preferred
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Accounts Payable, Expense Reports, Credit Card Management, and Microsoft Excel.
- ERP Software and Government Accounting is a plus.
