We're seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Associate to join a rapidly growing team supporting state-of-the-art data center operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where your work directly supports the deployment of cutting-edge AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Safely receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Pick, pack, stage, and deliver materials to technicians and engineering teams.
- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and inventory tracking.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, returns (RMAs), and inventory replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse environment.
- Utilize inventory systems and barcode scanners to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, efficiency, and organization.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, construction, or logistics environment.
- Forklift experience or willingness to become certified.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable performing physically active work throughout the day.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Inventory control and cycle counting
- Shipping & Receiving
- Barcode scanner experience
- Data center or technology hardware experience
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth operational environment
Compensation & Benefits
