We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive large-scale, complex programs with minimal supervision. The role requires strategic leadership, strong change management skills, and the ability to engage with executive stakeholders. The candidate will manage major workstreams, oversee planning, risk, and status reporting, and provide recommendations to ensure program success. Experience in financial services, compliance, or financial crimes is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage complex programs and significant workstreams.
Advise leadership on program success, prioritization, and change management strategies.
Oversee planning, financial management, risk assessment, and reporting for large initiatives.
Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders to deliver business solutions.
Resolve complex, multi-faceted challenges with long-term impact.
Provide vision and expertise for companywide program initiatives.
7 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Strategic Planning.
Strong leadership, change management, and consulting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.
Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive consensus.
Pay Range: $55 - $60
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
