Job Tile: Senior Change Manager (Merchant Services)
Location: Irving, TX OR Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Duration: 18 Months
Must Haves:
- Ability to focus and execute on tasks, not strategy
- Change Governance Experience
- Ability to interact with all levels of management and facilitate 40 person tollgate forums
- Selfdriven individual who takes the imitative, is proactive and consistently drives their work forward with minimal supervision (self-starter).
- Change Management Experience – 6 plus years
- Banking Experience – 5 to 6 plus years
- Executive communications: 4 to 6 years
- Merchant Service Experience: 3 plus years
- Project and Program management: 4 to 6 years
About the Role:
- Client is seeking a Senior Change Manager to support major transformation initiatives within Merchant Services.
- This role requires a professional who brings strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead change across multiple stakeholder groups at all organizational levels.
- This is not a traditional project manager role.
- While PM skills are welcome, candidates must understand formal change management processes, be comfortable managing others, and demonstrate the ability to influence, communicate, and drive adoption in a highly complex environment.
- This is a senior, visible position for someone who is proactive, confident, assertive, and committed to learning, growing, and driving outcomes with professionalism.
