Contract Duration: 12 months duration with potential to extension or conversion
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end change management activities across two Merchant Services organizations.
- Drive strategy and execution for stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, and adoption.
- Communicate with clarity and precision—verbally and in writing—to senior leaders, cross‑functional teams, and technical partners.
- Condense complex information into concise messaging, decks, and executive summaries.
- Manage up, across, and with peers; influence without authority at multiple levels.
- Navigate and resolve conflict professionally; facilitate consensus across differing viewpoints.
- Lead and coach others when needed, supporting a collaborative team environment.
- Bring a solutions‑oriented mindset; solve problems independently without needing to be told each step.
- Adhere to established processes and governance while remaining engaging, approachable, and professional.
- Partner closely with internal teams to support large‑scale transformation activities within Merchant Banking (required experience).
Qualifications
- Proven senior‑level change management experience, ideally within financial services or merchant banking.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders at varying levels—from peers to executives.
- Strong executive presence and professional communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
- Ability to condense messages into fewer words without losing meaning (critical to this role).
- Evidence of driving outcomes through specific actions—candidates must speak to what they did, not just what “should” be done.
- Experience leading or coaching others.
- Demonstrated ability to independently figure things out, take initiative, and anticipate needs.
- Professional conflict‑resolution skills; ability to be assertive and maintain respectful dialogue.
- Experience working on merchant banking / merchant services transformation initiatives (non‑negotiable).
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially:
- PowerPoint (ability to build concise, high‑impact executive decks)

- SharePoint experience (site management, document organization, posting communications).
- Strong general technology aptitude; able to learn tools quickly.
