We are seeking a Help Desk / Customer Support Specialist to provide Level 1–2 technical assistance in a call-center support environment. The position involves answering calls and emails, resolving basic technical issues, and delivering excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, general technical knowledge, and prior experience in phone-based technical support. The role also includes following standard procedures, troubleshooting across multiple platforms, and supporting low-complexity business execution tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide phone and email support for basic technical and customer issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1–2 support requests.
• Deliver clear, professional communication with customers and internal teams.
• Follow established procedures and escalate issues as necessary.
• Assist with low-complexity business execution tasks and provide needed information.

Requirements

• 6 months of experience in technical support, help desk, call center, or related environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Basic technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven call center environment.

Pay Range: $27 - $30
