Job Overview:

As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic marketing initiatives by synthesizing data, competitive insights, and technological trends into actionable recommendations. You will work closely with executive leadership and marketing teams to define and execute strategies that drive growth across Business Markets, Enterprise, and Public Sector segments.

Responsibilities:

• Translate fragmented market signals and technology trends into a cohesive marketing strategy for executive leadership.
• Define and align high-order brand and performance KPIs to support long-term investment priorities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to distill complex performance data into compelling narratives for organizational alignment.
• Monitor emerging technologies such as AI, Edge, and Private 5G to optimize marketing performance and identify opportunities.
• Ensure campaigns reflect a unified strategic direction while meeting segment-specific revenue targets.
• Analyze the evolution of the B2B tech stack and 5G landscape to advise on messaging and channel strategies.
• Aggregate data from internal sales funnels, market share reports, and customer feedback to inform strategic roadmaps.
• Evaluate product portfolios against market demand to identify gaps and drive higher perception and margin protection.
• Audit marketing plan performance and provide actionable insights for budget reallocation and strategy refinement.
• Conduct competitive intelligence analysis to identify threats and market gaps, translating findings into strategic recommendations.
  

• Proven experience in a strategy-heavy role with the ability to convert complex information into actionable growth directions.
• 6 years of experience in market assessment, competitive benchmarking, or management consulting within the B2B sector.
• Strong ability to visualize data and create executive-ready presentations that tell a compelling story.
• Experience managing or analyzing complex product portfolios across varied segments.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets for financial modeling, market sizing, and trend analysis.
• Track record of identifying market shifts and recommending strategic responses proactively.
• Experience using AI tools like LLMs (Gemini, ChatGPT) for rapid competitive and market analysis.
  

• MBA with strong foundational knowledge in competitive strategy frameworks.
• Deep understanding of technology needs for Enterprise Business Markets and Public Sector clients.
• Ability to drive strategic consensus across matrixed teams without direct authority.

Pay Range:$50hr - $55hr on w2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
