Job Overview:

The L3 Support Tech Deskside role involves providing advanced technical support to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, and resolving complex technical issues. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of IT systems and hardware.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless system operations.
• Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software.
• Train and mentor junior support staff as needed.
  

• Proven experience in a Level 3 technical support role or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.

Pay Range: $45 - $48
